These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and your purchase of digital products offered by Julia Ada (Ada Piano Studio) (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing this website or purchasing the Piano Together course, you agree to abide by the following terms.


1. Overview of the Offer

The Piano Together course offers 43 lessons that include overview videos, instructional videos for every song, lesson pages, lesson plans, bonus materials such as music games, and more to help young beginners learn piano. This is a digital product only. No physical items are shipped.



2. Delivery and Fulfillment

Immediately after purchase, customers will receive lifetime access to all digital materials via a delivery email and/or fulfillment page. If you do not receive your access link within 30 minutes, please email our support team at julia@pianotogether.academy.



3. Refund Policy

We stand behind the value of this experience with a 30-Day No-Questions-Asked Refund Guarantee.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply email us at julia@pianotogether.academy within 30 days of your purchase and we will issue a full refund. You may also keep a free bonus as a thank-you for giving it a try.



4. Intellectual Property

All content on this site and within the Piano Together course — including music, video, images, written materials, and design — is the intellectual property of Julia Ada and Ada Piano Studio. It may not be copied, shared, republished, or resold without our written permission.

You are granted a personal, non-commercial license to use the materials for private enjoyment only.

By purchasing this product, you agree not to share your access link or download materials with others outside your household. Abuse of access privileges may result in termination of access without refund.



6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to access the product. This includes issues related to third-party platforms, internet service interruptions, or technical errors outside our control.



7. Privacy

10. EU VAT Notice

We are a U.S.-based business. EU VAT may be collected automatically at checkout by our payment processor where applicable.


11. Piano Together Private Facebook Community Full Terms

Purchaser is entitled to fifteen (15) live (virtual via Zoom) group sessions over the course of 15 months from date of course purchase. If purchaser does not attend a meeting, purchaser forfeits that live meeting; however, they will have access to watch the recording of the session. Group meetings will be held for up to 1 hour. If participants do not show for 15 minutes from the meeting start time, the meeting will be closed. Group meeting dates are set monthly by Julia Ada. Meeting links will be made available either through the community Facebook page or by email to the email address provided at checkout. Meetings are for parental Q&A support and are not intended for student teaching time. Meeting participants acknowledge and accept that all meetings will be recorded and made available for viewing by other course members; additionally, meeting recordings and all content shared in this community group are to be kept within the group and not shared outside the group. Private Facebook community group and live group sessions are for a limited time only and are subject to being discontinued without notice.
